Corporate Social Responsibility
"One of the greatest rewards of working in the staffing industry is the ability to make a real difference in the lives of others," says ASA chairman Linda Carchidi, CSP, of JFC Staffing Associates. "I believe that our industry has an obligation to actively contribute to enhancing our communities and improving the lives of our employees."
One way for your staffing firm to fulfill this obligation is to integrate corporate social responsibility—managing business processes to produce an overall positive effect on society—into your business.
FSA Chapters host several events throughout the year to help our members stay involved in their community.

Third Annual Toy Drive
This was the third year for the Tampa chapter toy drive and the first year for the Broward/Palm Beach Chapter. Through their combined efforts the chapters were able to donate over 100 toys to the Tampa Children's Home and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward.
The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward representatives told the South Florida Chapters that they were incredibly impressed by the generousity of the chapter in working hard to bring in some of those higher end items even in such aa tough economy!!
All three chapters look forward to another outstanding event next year!!
